As someone who is a ‘back of the pack’ runner I felt very included and had a great experience today. As a seasoned runner, in the past I’ve experienced water stations running out, the route being packed away and Marshalls looking bored. However the race today was amazing! All the Marshalls were cheering and encouraging; not a sign of boredom

Amazing atmosphere. All the team are smiling and cheering you on at every checkpoint and direction steer. 4th time at this event and it just keeps getting better.

A brilliant welcoming event, as a young lady attending alone, I felt welcomed! The marshals were all very friendly, the event had a great atmosphere. The feed station was very well catered for, best I've seen for a 10K race.
